Since we are snowed in I used this as a chance to make a Pizza.

I was going to be mean and ask you to guess the toppings. But, decided that would not be fair. It is a dessert Pizza. I made the crust first it is basically a coffee flavored cake. The toppings are chocolate chips, chopped fruits and nuts. I used apples, pears, plums, mango, dates, almonds, toasted pumpkin seeds and peaches. The sauce is homemade caramel.

No we are not going to eat it all at once. It is very rich and sweet. Except for one slice each the rest goes into the freezer and we will nibble on it over the next month or 2.

Greek pizza is good.. It has mozzarella cheese,feta cheese, mushrooms onions, halapinos,tomatoes, gyro, chicken, black olives green peppers.

as we do not have a halal pizza store near by, i usually get cheese and tomato. i cant eat pizza with anything on top any ways, i just can stand mushrooms, and meat on my pizza. if were making pizza at home we always leave a small corner where nothing is added specially for me.

I have an idea, u can cook some halal meat at home and leave it in the freezer ,when u go to eat pizza,just take some of it with u and add it at the top of the pizza with cheese and tomato.
