Assaalamu alaikum Legendary,
(smile) Mmm, there are a few points. First off, you know, your medical condition is treatable, and frankly, I'm surprised if you haven't already been told this. A simple google search should tell you this. You could try the following link. It is from a reputable source:
http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/tongue-tie/basics/definition/con-20035410
Of course, there are possible complications, especially given that you are an adult (usually, this is treated in infancy). But that is true of
any medical treatment. You might want to research about your possible options and talk with a good doctor. (smile) This can be a little challenging at times, as not all doctors are particularly good. If you know someone in a health-related field, you could ask for suggestions. I find that non-professional family, friends and neighbours are not necessarily very good at discerning competence. Personally, I have found that asking the nearest British Embassy/Consulate/High Commission for tips on local medical services to be helpful (by email). They won't recommend a particular doctor, but they'll indicate
where you can find the best medical services. They are typically expensive services, but you have a better chance of decent medical care. And treating something properly at the beginning can avoid expenses in the long term.
As to why Allah Made you like this...(smile) You know this answer to this, I think. And frankly, we
all have difficulties that we are struggling with, though they may not be apparent on the surface. We are on this Earth to make choices and to try to grow closer to our Creator. Suffering is a key component to this process. Without hard choices, what kind of test would this life be? Without the lessons of struggling with difficulties and suffering, how could we practice the Divine Qualities and get closer to our Lord?
Now for your basic question regarding making a living from clicking on ads. (smile) I think deep down, you know the answer to this, too. Consider the following from Nawawi's 40 ahadith:
On the authority of an-Nawas bin Sam’an (may Allah be pleased with him), that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:
Righteousness is in good character, and wrongdoing is that which wavers in your soul, and which you dislike people finding out about .[Muslim]
And on the authority of Wabisah bin Ma’bad (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: I came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, “You have come to ask about righteousness.” I said, “Yes.” He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said,“Consult your heart. Righteousness is that about which the soul feels at ease and the heart feels tranquil. And wrongdoing is that which wavers in the soul and causes uneasiness inthe breast, even though people have repeatedly given their legal opinion [in its favour].”
A good hadeeth transmitted from the musnads of the two imams, Ahmed bin Hambal and Al- Darimi, with a good chain of authorities.

It seems to me, after reading your link to the fatwa you got, and the fact that you have consulted other people of Islamic knowledge, that you feel that what you are doing is not right. Indeed, the fact that you are talking about a haraam source in your thread title, says you know there is a problem with it, even though some people of Islamic knowledge, not understanding what it is that you are actually proposing (it seems to me), have apparently ok'd it for you.
(smile) Up to a few days ago, I may not have understood what this source of income is, but as it happens, I read a couple of articles lately about a massive and growing source of fraud on the internet, concerning selling advertising based on the number of views. (For a discussion of this, you could look at this:http://www.theglobeandmail.com/repo...g-up-online-budgets/article19965043/?page=all) Now it seems that it is possible to tell whether the “person” viewing the ad is not actually a person, but a bot. So I should imagine that it might be profitable to pay actual people to click on ads in order to fool the advertisers, and it seems to me that this is what you have been researching (but perhaps I am wrong). It's called click fraud. (smile) There's an entry on Wikipedia about it, I noticed (incidentally, I am not an expert on this. And from what little I have read, it seems that being paid to click may not as yet be illegal. But it seems to me fraudulent, and I suspect that it may be legislated against in the future, if it has not been already).
There also seems to be an element of a pyramid scheme in what you are investigating, too. And basically, those that get in early to such schemes may make money, but many other people get hurt. I don't know about the laws in your country, but a pyramid scheme is illegal in Canada.
(smile) My dear young brother, I do understand that you are feeling the challenges of life. And this opportunity seems so perfect, so easy! The answer to all your problems! (smile) But it isn't, you know. And I think you do know, and this is why you keep asking people about it (to your credit, by the way. You could have just gone ahead and done it, but your struggle shows that you have some strength of character, that your heart is clear enough for you to feel it's warnings). This is the greater jihad, my dear, the inner struggle. And yes, it is very hard.
Do you really have no other alternative sources of income? I doubt it. But perhaps you might consider the work demeaning or embarrassing. I read this article yesterday http://www.dawn.com/news/1144238/a-life-less-ordinary-the-woman-who-fought-back. I would suggest you read it. This woman had none of the advantages you had, but she managed to rescue herself and her children working in a halal way, making tassels. (smile) I suspect that this would feel very degrading for you. But the point is, it is honest work. And with it, she fed her children and put them through school, all while dealing with a murderous husband and indifferent relatives, and suffering incredible physical traumas and ailments.
I don't know exactly what you can find to do, but I really believe that you can find something that is honest and useful, and that lightens your heart. Work on your disability. Though you are embarrassed, force yourself to talk with people and ask for help in finding solutions. Yes, some people may be unkind. But others may well be helpful. Reach out. We humans beings are social creatures. We need to connect with one another. We are Made this way.
Your tongue is tied, perhaps... but are your hands? Can you learn a trade? Or can you become a specialist in something? If you are good enough at something, people will make great efforts to help you. Think of (physicist) Stephen Hawking... You have internet access... do you know how many free online resources there are in a variety of interesting fields? You could educate yourself through classes offered at some of the top universities…for free! You won't get any kind of paper attesting to your studies, unless you pay for some exams, but you can gain the knowledge. And knowledge opens doors.
(twinkle) Or perhaps you could study Arabic, read the Qur'an and ahadith, find scholars to learn from... and become an Islamic scholar! Allah Knows, we have a lack of really good ones to consult. And consultations can be done online from your home...
(smile) What I'm trying to show you is that you have many different options. I haven't even tried to list them all, just tried to show you that you need to open your mind to possibilities. Right now, it seems to me, that Shaitan has closed all the other doors in your mind, so that you will feel that your only choice is between click fraud and starvation. I really doubt this is the case.
(smile) Anyway, I pray you will win this struggle within yourself. And that your life will start looking more promising.
May Allah, the Opener, Guide you to better possibilities.
