Erm, only this morning on the phone I mistaken the British Gas guy on the phone to be my brother and wouldn't answer any of his questions : Do you want like big mistakes? Or everyday ones?

Yesterday, I sent some money to my home country and paid actual amount but forgot to pay exchange fee. The cashier also did not request and I came back.....

Anyone who doesn't say "constantly" is lying. I can't recall the last mistake I made, but I'm pretty sure I've made many today.

This thread just reminded me of my fourth grade teacher who used to say that the only people who don't make mistakes are dead people.
