What will your funeral be like?

  • like my life, I'll put the fun in funeral it will be unconventional

Not really sure yet. I'd probably let the ones close to me decide really whatever they want so they can get a proper closure and bid their final farewell.
 
Cremation, there's a bit of a shortage of burial space where I live.
Hopefully a couple of close friends and family will come and recall the nicer times we had together and gloss over the bits where I irritated them to their wit's end.
 
Doesn't anyone want to get their coffin blasted out into space, like at the end of Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan?
 
Well that would be great but I feel it would be a little too decadent considering the resources that would go into it.

Hopefully I might make it into the news when my big toe scuppers the first Neptune lander.

You only get one funeral.. why not go all out?

by the way who voted put the fun in his funeral? I wondering that 'fun' would entail?
 
I put fun, just because no other didn't fit.

"Follow your families' tradition".

But when else afterwards will they get a chance to go all out for you?
I think the space thing is more suitable for our 'pal' root.. he often speaks of becoming a part of a distant star...the 7th planet was/is his fav.
