Where to go to find a potential wife

i have a friend who is desperately seeking a wife, his tried a lot of methods but had no luck.. one of the main reasons why he is having no luck is, his divorced.. any advice on where would be a good place to ask?

as already suggested, try the local masjid, if he is practicing and well known he should have no problems finding a suitable spouse inshallah.

it is not that difficult, there is no embarressment in matters of the deen, ask those in a position of leadership over the community, they are the ones who will know the families and whose recommendations carry weight.
