Basically its referring to Quran..the Ayah u av mentioned is referring to Shirk n al that..

Allah answers this q in the same ayah saying "qul Allahu shaheedun bainee wa bainakum......"surah al an3am

Erm there is also one in Surah Yasin (36) Verse 65:

That Day shall We set a seal on their mouths. But their hands will speak to us, and their feet bear witness, to all that they did.
