I have a problem, recently I’ve realised that I lie about 20 times a day, but they are all white lies that cause no harm to anyone. But, how can I stop and make Allah swt forgive me? I’m finding it kinda hard. Also, I heard that white lies are also haram. What about, for example, if someone offers you food and you dislike it, but you don’t want to be rude so you lie and say you like it. Is that permissible?
