i recently heard "the veil" and "sunshine, dust and the messenger"; by dawud wharnsby ali...... and i fell in love with both the lyrics and 2 beautiful read nasheeds if thats what you would call them
but apart from that theres loads of males who recite nasheeds that are soothing to the ears to hear.
e.g. "goraba" by sheikh saad ul ghamidi.
zain bhikha.... has a well cute voice all of his are really nice.... espeacially "i wont cry for you little one"..... gets me everytime:'( another good one is when the leaves begin to fall
and theres so many more kammal uddin, razza, yusuf islam, Ahmed bukhatir, sami yusuf is ok..... but generally speaking i prefer nasheeds without the funky beats, cz its music isnt it and thats not allowed, just duff is acceptable so those without are good for me
and im no expert i still havent heard all of them and Allah knows best!!
