Why am I constantly e-mailed?

I was just wondering why I get e-mailed every time someone posts in a thread I have posted in? I am really getting frustrated and have tried to change me settings so I don't get e-mailed, but still no luck. Thanks!

sis go to user cp and then to options and under subscribed threads click no email notification :)

it might still send email notifications for the threads you subscribed to before changing the setting, but im not sure

You have to sometimes keep repeating because of problems with your browser until the settings are saved. But everything should be OK once you have done that inshallah.
