Men and women are created equal.

O mankind! Be wary of your Lord who created you from a single soul, and created its mate from it, and from the two of them scattered numerous men and women. Be wary of Allah, in whose Name you adjure one another and [of severing ties with] blood relations. Indeed Allah is watchful over you. [Quran:4:1]

Why are women treated bad???
 
most of the Asian countries women are not given their rights. Women are treated like servants.
 
no... I think the most of them live a normal live till the new thinking comes to them mind
there is some harsh treating some times but the most of them live in good way but just because we start considering the freedom in a way which is not for us
there is a lot of bad examples but there is also a good examples that no one speak about them
but can you please told us one of this bad treating.

Asalaamu Alaikum.

Sister it is important to differentiate between cultural practices and religious. In a purely Islamic Shariah a women is treated with the utmost honour and respect but at present there is no Islamic Shariah implemented in this world. Therefore any perception of inequality and injustice is purely down to cultural practices and norms as well as political policies of the respective governments.
