I used to wonder who created the birds and the bees, the flowers and the green trees.
I used to wonder how the flowers that once bloomed with beauty and smelled so sweet, now lay dead, and reek.
I used to wonder about who made all the creatures, that vary from each other in appearance and sound.
I used to wonder about the planets and what made the earth turn around
I used to wonder why the seasons changed, why it never stayed the same
I used to wonder how I could touch and smell, taste and hear
I used to wonder who put us all here
now as I begin to understand, I know the answers that used to wake man
the creator, who made me and you, made the ground green and the sky blue
made the flowers with colours so bright, made day and night, so we can rest,
made us individuals in our own special way, and so to him its we worship and to him we pray.
Truly he is the one that created everything in a special way.
