i have started to work on a website alhamdulillah...which i purchased on the 27th Ramadhan

working with brothers Iqram & jzcasejz....

insha'Allah the site will have Quran, lectures, Nasheeds, ebooks and much more...

also considering having a forum and blog Insha'Allah

the site is under construction and will be up and running asap Insha'Allah

i have posted the link early because we are in the process of looking for future mods...and any tips and ideas anyone might want to give...Insha'Allah

looking forward to downloading some ebooks. could you set up an online store or something like that?? or is it still a litle early?
you should also have catagories. like aqeedah, paryer, hajj, etc.

What I wanted to add is: I don't think it's a good idea to have a forum like just yet... When you announce the site to be ready - it's still not ready. lol
You update, inshaAllah, and maybe when you have a forum you get too busy keeping it under control, while the site itself becomes un-updated..

Like I myself would prefer to get the site really with lots of stuff and being happy with layout etc. Then maybe [a long time] later, make a forum.. But if you go with the blog idea, people can comment there about the stuff and a forum wouldn't be really needed [if you consider there are lots of forums anyways].

Just my two cents. :-[

i think ill have the forum but as i said...put it up in a couple of weeks...Insha'Allah with the brilliant team i have...the site will be updated all the time...the actual site is first priority, then comes the forum...
