One of the gravest of matters of our Ummah today is that laypeople are neglecting the sanctity of Allah's knowledge that was revealed to the prophet and passed on to studying scholars of the companions and then on to sheikhs and scholars. Interpretation of the Holy Quran is not a matter of personal opinions, there are principals and facts taught by the prophet and meanings expressed directly by him and others that are connected through hadith to the meanings of the verses. We cannot ignore such matters and without even looking in a SINGLE tafsir book, try to come up with thoughts.

Al-Qurtubi said: When you say that Allah swt means this or Allah swt means that in a specific verse, you are actually speaking or saying something on behalf of Allah swt, you are actually speaking about Allah swt, and if you are speaking without knowledge, without ‘ilm, this is one of the greatest sins that you could commit.
In fact, Ibn ul Qayyim said that it is the greatest sin. Ibn ul Qayyim said that speaking about Allah swt without `ilm is the greatest sin that you could commit. He bases it on this verse:
“Say: The things that my Lord has indeed forbidden are al-Fawahishah (great evil sins, every kind of unlawful sexual intercourse, etc.), whether committed openly or secretly, sins (of all kinds), unrighteous oppession, joining partners (in worship) with Allah for which He has given no authority and saying things about Allah of which you have no knowledge.” [The Noble Qur'an, 7:33]"
Further you are doing that out of the translation, not even the Quran itself.
This verse says that a ban
(by Allah) has been laid on all populations that they cannot be revived or given other chances after they have been destroyed.
وَحَرَامٌ عَلَى قَرْيَةٍ أَهْلَكْنَاهَا أَنَّهُمْ لَا يَرْجِعُونَ
It is about people who die, cannot ask for a second chance saying "we will do good this time" and then granted a resurrection. If one is dead, he is dead, and will be revived only on judgement day.

Ya'juj and ma'juj, were confirmed in quran and hadith to be:
1- They have been sealed from the surface of the Earth life since the time of Thul Qarnain.

2- Are physically held behind that barrier and are unable to get through, everyday they try, it gets fixed. The day they succeed is the day one of them says "Insha Allah".
Abu Hurayrah reported that the Prophet (S) said, "Every day, Gog and Magog are trying to dig a way out through the barrier. When they begin to see sunlight through it, the one who is in charge of them says, 'Go back; you can carry on digging tomorrow,' and when they come back, the barrier is stronger than it was before. This will continue until their time comes and Allah wishes to send them forth. They will dig until they begin to see sunlight, then the one who is in charge of them will say, 'Go back; you can carry on digging tomorrow, in shaa'Allah.' In this case he will make an exception by saying in shaa'Allah, thus relating the matter to the Will of Allah. They will return on the following day, and find the hole as they left it. They will carry on digging and come out against the people...." [Ibn Maajah, Kitaab al-Fitan, (Hadith 4080), 2/1364. Ahmad, Musnad, 2/510, 511]
3- barbaric ignorant creatures who will drink and eat everything and think that there are mortals living in the sky.
".......They will drink all the water, and find the hole as they left it, and the people will entrench themselves in their fortresses. Gog and Magog will fire their arrows into the sky, and they will fall back to earth with something like blood on them. Gog and Magog will say, 'We have defeated the people of earth, and overcome the people of heaven.'" [Ibn Maajah, Kitaab al-Fitan, (Hadith 4080), 2/1364. Ahmad, Musnad, 2/510, 511]
4- Will only come AFTER Hermageddon, Anti-Christ, Jesus, and the death of all remaining jews who supported the Anti-Christ.
"Ibn Mas'ood reported that the Prophet (S) said, "On the night of the Israa' (night journey), I met my father Abraham, Moses and Jesus, and they discussed the Hour. The matter was referred first to Abraham, then to Moses, and both said, 'I have no knowledge of it'. Then it was referred to Jesus, who said, 'No one knows about its timing except Allah; what my Lord told me was that the Dajjaal will appear, and when he sees me he will begin to melt like lead. Allah will destroy him when he sees me. The Muslims will fight against the Kaafirs, and even the trees and rocks will say, "O Muslim, there is a Kaafir hiding beneath me - come and kill him!" Allah will destroy the Kaafirs, and the people will return to their lands. Then Gog and Magog will appear from all directions, eating and drinking everything they found. The people will complain to me, so I will pray to Allah and He will destroy them, so that the earth will be filled with their stench. Allah will send rain which will wash their bodies into the sea. My Lord has told me that when that happens, the hour will be very close, like a pregnant woman whose time is due, but her family does not know the moment of delivery." [Ahmad, Musnad, 1/375. Similar Hadith in Ibn Maajah, Kitaab al-Fitan (hadith 4081), 2/1365, 1366]
5- Other hadiths mention they outnumber humans 999 to 1:
Abu Saeed Khudri (R.A.) narrates that Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) said:
- "On the day of Qiyamah Allah will say to Adam (A.S.) to pick out the people of Hellfire from his entire progeny. Adam (A.S.) will ask: 'O Rabb, who are they?'
Allah will say: 'Nine hundred and ninety nine of a thousand are for Hellfire while one is to paradise.'
On hearing this the Sahaba were overtaken by fear and they asked "O Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam), who will that one to go to paradise?'
Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) said: 'Do not grieve, the nine hundred and ninety nine will be Ya'jooj and Ma'jooj while you will be to paradise."' (i.e. your numbers in relation to them will be one in a thousand).

Based on another long detailed hadith in Sahih Muslim and Musnad Ahmed, Jesus will be told that these are creatures that muslims have no power over, and that they must seek refuge. Jesus will lead the believers to a mountain in Palestine where they will take refuge and wait until Allah sends Gog and Magog sickness in their necks and kills them all. A long rain will follow to wash away their stench, and an era of calm and peace of Jesus rule will follow for a few years, until he dies and that is followed by the final major signs of judgement day.
