Anyhow, It could have been cool to be there if it was true.

Why would they? Because they can.

I too can verify that the falls did indeed freeze twice in documented history (that I'm aware of). I live about a 20 minute drive from Niagara falls Its lovely.

And of course, the Canadian falls are vastly superior to the US ones

It is amazing! Because Niagara Falls looks really beautiful at present..wow I have never thought about that frozen pictures!
