I get English wen we start in year 10 in September, SATs results shud be in sometime in July...Hope it doesn't get posted after the Holiday, I'm gonna be in USA :X

Getting good GCSE grades IS important, but be sure that you get lots of experience doing voluntary work, and work at the hospital. Nearly all medical schools take this as one of the deciding factors, I remember my cousin did voluntary work once in a while from year 10/11 til just after his application, and it helped. Inshallah it will work out for you
