ZoneAlarm Free 7.1.078.000

ZoneAlarm is designed to protect your DSL- or cable-connected PC from hackers.

This program includes four interlocking security services:
  • a firewall
  • an application control
  • an Internet lock
  • and Zones.
The firewall controls the door to your computer and allows only traffic you understand and initiate. The application control allows you to decide which applications can and cannot use the Internet. The Internet lock blocks Internet traffic while your computer is unattended or while you're not using the Internet, and it can be activated automatically with your computer's screensaver or after a set period of inactivity. Zones monitor all activity on your computer and alert you when a new application attempts to access the Internet.

I have Zone Alarm Security Suite 7.0.33 ... And it get automatically updated..

Does this one has anything more../ new...?

I think zonealarm is the worst program ever that has been produced. It just slows your computer so much.

hmm I don't know but I think zonealarm is the first one to slow u'r comp. but it depends on people.

wel erm no...its just dat wen i tried downloadin my pc blocked it from downloadin..so me woz guesin dat it cud b fake..ahem :S or mayb not lol
 
some free downloads come with spyware. i tried to download something the other day and my virus program blocked it and said there was spyware.
i don't know anything about zone alarm tho.

zonealarm is a great program and it does not slow down the pc if you configur it properlyl. The basic version, whichi is free, will meet most of your needs. the pro version is better though. You can download many neat programs from www.downloads.com that can help you protect your pc
