Healthiest State in America -- Four Years Running!!

I hate to be arrogant, but years of fitness training and a slightly sugar-free diet has gotten me and my magnificent people to unbelievable places.

Alabama, or maybe Arkansas, for like the 10th year, won the least healthiest state award, sad.

But, with continued activity, we'll stay in that same spot. :)

I was raised eating pancakes, eggs, sausage, and toast as a breakfast for about 15 years. Now I don't even eat much breakfast, except for the occasional granola bar or something.

That's why your state isn't up there with us! :D

I eat a quarter-glass of milk and muffin for breakfast, chinese noodles/low-fat potato chips for lunch, and lightly buttered peta bread for dinner.

Oh, I see Minnesota as the healthiest state for many years...:)

It also feels great contributing to a positive title and a larger group goal. :)

Did I mention Minnesota has the highest living standard in the US and is the second-most literate state in the country.

For the people who are not familiar with US geography. Minnesota is one of the smaller and poorer counties in northern Texas. Four years ago the residents of Austin sent them a small package of health items and now they think they are healthy.








For the people who really are not familiar with the US, the above is a joke. Minnesota really did earn that title and it is the healthiest State in the USA

The very first time i know about U.S was in Tom Sawyer:hiding:the most prominent image in my mind is that distinctive looking ferry with a huge propeller.

What a joke;D

those were paddle wheelers they were the early steam ships that were used on the Mississippi River. The reason for that design was because the Mississippi used to change course very often and boats would find themsleves in very shallow water. It hey had a regular underwater propeller they would have gotten stuck in the mud. It is with good reason one of the nicknames for the Mississippi is "Big Muddy"

the paddle wheelers were in 3 designs the stern wheelers with the paddle in the back and stern wheelers with paddles on either side or a third design with paddles on both sides. They were used up until the early 1900s as the main means of transportation. They are now making a comeback, but the current use is as floating hotels or floating gambling casinos. Mid river is not considered state property so they can have gambling in states where it is illegal.

i see no veggies or fruit. and the three of those mealtime is not a 'nutritionally balanced foods". how r ya getting healthy anyway? :D :D

Thank you for the explanation about that paddlewheeler,i must say this, i am not laughing at that boats design:hiding:i think that was the most suitable design b4 hovercraft and waterjet were invented.
