    Is it something like serious or just a general thing?

    Lol, open Avast and there should be somewhere where it says Chest or something. Go there are delete.

    It's a bit like the Qurantine in other Anti-Viruses.

    sister browse the antivirus until you find the location of the chest(where viruses and trojans are kept) then see if there's an option to empty the chest....just like how you would empty recycle bin after you have deleted some files
