I wanted to make the transition to practicing Islam. Practicing Islam is always a constant thing and because faith wears out like sleeve, sometimes you question yourself, like "transition? am I ready for that transition? ...oh yeahhhhh, I have to make that transition."

'Saadet' is my name on the ummah.com forum, so I chose it for the sake of recognition.

Initially, I chose it on ummah.com because it's my modus operandi to take my usernames from 'Islamist' political parties in Turkey, in this case, I took it from the Saadet Partisi.

I also chose it because 'saadet' means happiness in Turkish, which is a hilarious bit of sarcasm on my part, as I'm a very negative person.

Cos I like purple Dinosaurs.

Also Barney embodies the spirit of teaching, learning and hugging everything in sight, which I think is nice. If the world was to follow the ethos of Barney the Purple Dinosaur, we would have a happy, if slightly nauseating planet.
He is also an absoloutly atrocious singer, as am I.

heh, nothing fancy for me, it was someones name in some show I was watching back when I joined
I like it though...:)

my username has the initials of my wife's name and mine, cuezed cue zed as in Q Z

Because my old one was too fancy.
