no she is amazing, I like her especially when she got old and was very sick, the doctor said that her medicine will be a crime or a case and she will gain her health again lol.....amazing that miss

it make me think deeper in things, I stopped reading them since 3 years 'cauze I have been very busy with studying stuff, but still I am addicted to those stories. I will continue when I get some time

one of my fav was "the man in the brown suite".....that made me crazy
another good one was "the broken mirror"......I was very moved by the end :(

My early childhood was filled with her books and sir Arthur Conan Doyle's. :D MashaAllah, good days...

I haven't read anything in a long while and won't have time anyday soon, but for the summer I'll probably have time inshaAllah. Has anyone read something so great they want me to read it too? :D

Sis SAYA, I think I read all of Agatha christie's books back when I was 14/15. I loved mysteries back then, still do.
It's really funny, I don't have a clue what I was doing, but I came across the trailer for the movie K-PAX and didn't have a clue that it had been made into a movie.
I read three of the books in the K-PAX series back when I was 15-16ish and LOVED the books. They're by Gene Brewer who writes the story in the first person as if he's the psychologist. Also, I just found out that he had released another book, so maybe I might go look for that one. If I'm bothered that is.
Anyway, has anyone watched the movie K-PAX? What did you think of it? Did it live upto it's expectations?

I thought the ending was possibly the best part of the book, a very sad part though.

Al-Hadis : Miskat ul Masabih


theres something about that book. The commentary is so beautiful and its like no matter how many times you read it, you still develop new feelings and learn more... its amazing...

thought i woud throw in some politics....
anyone read Reconciliation: Islam, demcracy and the West by Benazir Bhutto? She gave the final edited manusciprt of this book to her friend for publishing the morning she died.

One of my friends was searching in the internet for notes on Hamlet. She found this lol randomly.

I don't know if I've ever recommended 'The Sword and The Schimitar'. It's a book I completely fell in love with. I've never found a story I enjoyed more than that one.
 
Has anyone read Echoes? by Jamila Kolocotronis? I borrowed it from my sister and finished it in 4 hours, it was really great! Except i wish the mom did more talking she only had a chance in the beggining and then in the end, Joshua did almost all of the narrating

I'm thinking about ordering the rest of the series

So has anyone read it?
