Beautiful Fajr salahs by Sheikh Budair and juhany, the only problem is they are leading at almost the same time! caught alittle bit of both switching between the chanels so alhumdolillah.

hope u all have been good, may Allah protect you .

They'll be attending the Ameer Sultaan bin Abdil Aziz Quraan competition in Jakarta. Sheikh Ghamidi will be one of the judges and Sheikh Shuraim will be the guest of honour.

He recited complete surah Mursalaat :ooh: That's long for maghrib :P Longer than Surah Qiyamah, sheikh Maahir recites some times.

Oh, that annual event? Last year was Sheikh Sudais and sheikh Qaasim right? And two years ago was Sheikh Shuraim and sheikh Qasim. And now, Sheikh Ghamdi and Sheikh Shuraim. (I can't imagine Sheikh Ghamdi standing here in Indonesia. Must be amazing :shade:).
So, when will they arrive in Indonesia?

MashAllah sheikh hudaify leading jummah i think he has lead all the jumahs from eid till today mashAllah may Allah preserve him Ameen i was thinking maybe it will be sheikh budai he has not lead for a long time!.

Sheikh budayr sheikh sudais shiekh hudaify and sheikh shuraim and sheikh abdulmohsin al qasim have all been to the indonesia Quran competition mashAllah and this time its sheikh shuraim and sheikh ghamdi.

Sheikh shuriam has been there a few time maybe this is his fav country to go for holiday :p

I've just got information that the Quraan competition will be started today (2nd of October) till tomorrow (3rd Oct). i think they are already here!. Hope someone records the sheikhs' activities especially the salaah :shade:.
I know that site. but ive not explored it yet :D.

I think sheikh Hudaify wants to spent almost of his time in Masjid nabawi mashaAllah. He takes almost all salaah in a day.

All madinah imams have been to Indonesia except sheikh hussain. as long as i know, sheikh sudais, sheikh qaasim have been twice. and sheikh shuraim three times! MashaAllah. I would lend my bed if sheikh shuraim visits Indonesia for holiday LOL :D.

Has sheikh shuraim and Sheikh ghamdi arrived there yet?

Sheikh Ahmad Basnaawiyy just finished call out Athaanul Asr in Makkah... :)

Yes, Sheikh Humaid is here (at least, was here). He led Jumaah at Masjid Baiturrahman, masjid near predisdent palace.

Im not sure about the last info that i gave. i got that info from newspaper. but i just called saudi embassy for indonesia that sheikh shuraim will be here in 2 days. It's confusing because there isn't any specific info about their visiting. allahualam.

It was last year visiting if im not mistaken. it was sheikh sudais and qasim for last year.
it takes about 7-8 hours from indonesia to saudi. and the time difference is 4 hours.

I don't know if anyone particularly follows the Athaan in Masjidul Haraam, but you'll obviously know there's a difference between the Athaan in Madeenah (Madaniyy) and the Athaan in Makkah (Hijaazyy), but what I love best is when one of the Makkah Muathins call out Athaan Madaniyy :thumbs_up. If you think I'm exaggerating, just listen to Sheikh Isaam Khan calling out Athaan Madaniyy for Athaanul Fajr al Awwal. It's just too beautiful..:wub: > Link 1 and Link 2, or Sheikh Ahmad Khouja > Link 1 and Link 2. Masha Allah!

EDIT: Sheikh Maahir led Slaatul Asr in al Haramul Makkiyy today, 1st salaah he's leading in Haram after Ramadhaan... :ermm:

It's awesome! MashaAllah! Im listening to Isaam Khan now. It's sooo beautiful. It's like Sheikh Hadrawiy's tone on youtube one.
By the way, what is the difference between madaniy and hijaziy? :D

Soo, i lose information about sheikh shuraim and sheikh ghamidi :(.
i called saudi embassy 2 hours ago, and they didn't tell me anything! they are very very strict (perhaps they though i'm a terrorist LOL). Well, just wait on haramainrecordings or mazameer if someone send videos or pictures :D. (actually, im not sure if they were (are) here. I don't get any official statement. Allahualam)

Sheikh Ibn Humaid spoke about the youth conference, but I didn't catch the whole interview so it was difficult to follow.

Basically the Madaniyy Athaan is longer and the muathin sort of "pulls" the vowel sounds more. Don't know if that makes sense :hmm:

Oh, i got it. I see the difference. hijazy is "shorter" than madaniy. is it right? thanks for the files anyway.

Anyway, i just found a video that sheikh sudais gave advices. it was when sheikh sudais in indonesia. since im not allowed to post a link, just type "yusuf mansur, sudais", and voila! :D

ps:
yusuf mansur was the person who interviewed sheikh sudais. he is a preacher and ustadz.
