Just watched the video, and it seems to me to miss the main point.

What we had there, were people who strove, people who took action, and once they'd done so, found themselves in dire situations and then made du3a. They weren't sitting at home, making du3a for help and victory but without taking action.

What we do nowadays, is to not take action, and make du3a instead of action, rather than along with. That's a big difference.

Yes our society and these times are very sinful, moreso than at that time. But as we know from the Qur'an, Allah even listens to the du3a of mushriks when in the depths of a storm at sea.

First of all, I didn't say any of them would die. Secondly, just because Malala survived and it hurts you that she survived...doesn't mean everyone else shot in the head twice will survive as well. Btw, my frontal lobe is working fine. How about yours?
