Well i dont do diets

*Mommy would'nt allow it*lol

But i dont eat junk food on the week

Only on saturday

And i walk in the park 4 dayz a week

And i run after my sisterz and brotherz

Like my mom sayz,''they(kidz)keep you slim''

just eat healthy, and if you get the urge for junk food, eat it in moderation, but do sum exercise, even if it just a lng walk. but dont overdo it (hope it helped)
 
I heard that u shld mix honey, with cinnamon powder with water and boil and drink, yoi'll be trim and slim

But lets follow da islamic way
fAST every Monday and thursday
Eat very little, like da hadith says, a believer eats in one intestine and a unbliever eats in 7,
take more fruits and water
Pray 5 time
u'll be healthy

I would suggest a person who wants to loose weight
To just eat when you are hungry and when you are full
Stop eating.

And when you eat make sure its healthy and you can
Have sweets but limit it.

And lets seee you can walk atleast 3 times a week

Diets never work. Ask me that! :heated:

Best to eat healthy & wholesome food. Snack on fruit & nuts instead of chocolate and crisps, drink lots of water and take regular exercise. A 20 min walk each day tones you up in no time. But don't deprive yourself. Allow yourself some treats now and then. And sisters never ever eat your kids leftovers ;D

I don't do diets but hope the below are of some help:

Drink plentiful of water

Eat lots of food with high fibre content

Exercise regularly

Don't eat after 6:00pm

Eat a balanced diet and cut down on food that has too much carbohydrate

Don't stop eating!

Eat only to keep up your energy, if you eat more then leave a portion of your stomach for water and another portion for air.

^^^^ i agree with sis Proud Ukht, Allah has so much knowledge that he even gave us instructions for eating. we have 1/3 food, 1/3 water and 1/3 air. this shows that we mustn't fill our mouths with everything. then we have ramadhan and extra fasts that we should do, and of course exercise wise we have 5 times prayer, and additional prayers and if you go to Hajj or Umrah you have the walking there.

we may not intentionally be doing these things to be kept in shape but in fact to be closer to Allah, but it mashAllah does work. :)

If i'm not wrong, the right way of eating is to eat just before you feel hungry and to stop before you are full.
 
hello all!

ok, a diet *wink*

simple thing is.. till noon you eat only fruits... avoid banana... it will only make you even more hungry...
eat every few hours.. but eat only a lil bit.. your tummy will be busy, and amout of food will be smaller.

avoid sweets... but, if you just can't help yourself.. eat them in a morning.. :)
well... i go to the gym...so, i keep my body fit... you might enjoy fast walking, or running...

drink lots of water... at least 2 l per day... so toxins might leave your body.

it will help you... i bet :)
