If its a turkish name or something near turkish then its جويد
because turkish write W & pronounce V ...I'm not sure if they do that nowadays but they used to in the days of othmanieen ..

anyway, let me give this a try, it will of course sound funny in the Arabic way, since the words will be prolonged, but here :

أحمد كارتولو مورديونو نوتو سوسانتو بن بنكي ناتارهارجا

^ theres what it most probably looks like, I left out the 'sungirja' because I can't find the right symbol for it.
But if anyone has different versions they're welcome to give it a shot!!
