Rugilah makan pedas .... kena minum air banyak... dahlah harga air naik..
It's a loss eating hot and spicy stuff... coz you have to drink alot.... and the water price is going up...

duduk kondo pun lagi murah
(even kondo the price is much cheaper)

kita makan pedas tak minum air...dah jadi 'taiko' dah....
(i don't drink alot of water if i eat spicy food)

sebab ada darah cina kot.... tak makan pedas.
maybe because of your chinese ancestry ... that u dont take hot food

Tapi saya walaupun banyak darah Siam (bangsa yang kuat makan pedas), tapi tak suka pedas pun.... hmmm....
But me, eventhough I have lots of Siamese blood (people that eat hot and spicy meals like crazy), but dont really fond of it...hmmm...

ye kot. tapi orang jawa tak suka pedas jugak.
(maybe. but lot of javanese don't like hot n spicy foods as well)

kalau dah jumpa makanan pedas, badan saya tetiba lenguh-lenguh:giggling:
(once i encounter hot n spicy dish, i would suddenly feel a terrible case of lethargy)

pedas jugak le tu! tak boleh tahan! masakan Manado lagi pedas, macam ayam rica-rica.
(quite spicy! i can not stand! but Manado food like ayam rica-rica is the hottest!)

ayam rica-rica tu makanan khas Manado (Sulawesi). dioghang bubuh banyak bahan kat masakan tu. cili padi le yang paling banyak dioghang bubuh.
(rica-rica chicken is originally from Manado (Celebes Island). It is seasoned with Indonesian special spices. Lemon grass taste and red chili pepper are the signature of this dish)

Why... my Javanese friends love hot and spicy food? Maybe because they're Malaysian Javanese?

memang makanan jawa terkenal ngan rasa manis dan pedas.
(Javanese foods are all sweet and spicy)
