Sis, this is the problem i quess. Instead of Modem #9 Line it should be something like

Realtek AC97 Audio , but not modem. In the list is there any else to select other than modem

Plz check and let me know .

I scanned my pc and deleted the detected problems. Two (in the snapshot) didn't delete and before I could ask you what to do about them I accidently lost the page. :'(

I also tried playing vid after that but it's still the same.

that was horrible. actually the vulnerabilities need to be deleted . to have the effect on the comp , its like if it was not deleted then - the comp was only scanned and nothing else was done. (u would have to do it again)

I did scan it again. There was a strange message after I deleted the other vulnerabilities. It said these vulnerabilities (or some other word) have been deleted or they may remain? Something to that effect. However on the second scan they didn't show up in the results so it means they were deleted. But the two I posted still remain and there was no option to delete them. :?

Under the first of the two vulnerabilites remaining there was a link (more info about this vulnerability and it's elimination) for more info about it which I clicked on. It opened a page with all sorts of info about microsoft windows packages. It was too confusing. I will scan again and send you a snapshot of that page.

Sis, I want u to do the following things

1. Right Click on my computer , click on properties.
2. Click on the hardware tab.
3. Click on the Device Manager Tab
4. A window will open.
5. Go down and click on the plus sign in front of ,Sound Video and game controllers
Then take a snapshot and send it . I am attaching of my comp.
