ok som1 asked me this yesterday and I tried answering and I got the biggest headache in the world lol. Anyone wana try?

There are 7 girls on a bus, and each girl has 7 backpacks. In those backpacks are 7 cats. With every cat there is, there are 7 little kittens. The question is...how many legs can you count that are on riding on that bus?

No, you forgot the busdriver's legs and the fact that every girl has 7 backpacks, and that for every cat in that backpack there are 7 kittens.. I'm pretty sure the answer is 10992.

edit: it doesn't say anything of a busdriver.. so if there isn't any, then it is 10990!

so
252 = 1 backpack
so 7 x 252 = 1764 Is 1 girl

so we do 7 x 1764 = 12348 + if busdriver(2)= 12350

7x7=49=number of cats = 49x4 legs= 196

49 cats with 7 kittens each = 49 x7 = 343 (kittens)

so
14 +196 + 343= 553

553 legs?

Backpack 1 has 7 cats. Cat 1 has 7 kittens. That makes 8 animals (1 cat + 7 kittens). 7 cats X 8 = 56. 56 cats per bag X 7 bags= 392.
392 = is number of animals with every girl. Now that 392 X 7 girls = 2744.
Every animal has 4 legs, so now you take 2744 X 4 = 10976. 7 girls have 2 legs each, it makes 14 girl-legs. 10976 + 14 = 10990.

Am right or wrong? I'll soon fall asleep and don't want this bothering me until the morning! The answer is... ?
