Because (for those of you that are studying French) you'd say "La Fleur Rouge"; The Red Flower, the adjective comes after the noun in French.
You're username has confused me for a while as translators say your current username is correct when I'm sure it isn't hew.

nah!!! <la fleur jolie> do not have any sense...its just like saying "flower beautiful" whereas <la jolie fleur> means "beautiful flower"
and whatsthepoint said precede, so jolie should be in front of fleur

Firstly, Jolie means pretty, NOT beautiful

Secondly Wardah means rose, NOT flower

Thirdly Zahrah means flower, NOT anything else.

And Fourthly, just for some extra info: ZahratuzZarqa means the blue flower (I think :muddlehea)
