It is online in many places to download. Plus there's an audio version.
Fortress of the Muslim- is a version by Darussalam which I like and is reliable because there is commentary about the ahadith in the book too, where authenticity needed to be clarified.

a million is quite a lot. who is this al-jami? it's not one fo the 4-5 sahih books that are well known by the muslims. What's the source of post?
