A number of members have tried to assist with these file conversions.

Unfortunately, none of them have worked.

I have since given up.....I think that these are possibly counterfeit products, and hence they do not have any on-line support.

If you find success in this, please share it here with us in shaa Allah. We would really appreciate it!
