How do say "Do you have (something)?" and "I have (something)?"

For e.g. how would i ask "Do you have water?" and what would the reply be?

Do you have = Hal 3indaka/i or Hal laka/i maa2un?
Positive Answer = Na3m, 3indi or li maa2un
Negative Answer = La, laysa 3indi or li maa2un

Hal = Do
3indaka/i or laka/i = you have (3indaki or laki is used in addressing a female)
3indi or li = I have
maa2un = water
Na3m = yes
la = no

Shukran, ukhthi.

I have another query,

"Is he there?" and "He is there/here"

Shukran, ukhthi.

I have another query,

"Is he there?" and "He is there/here"

Is he there? = Hal howa hunaka?
Yes, he is there = Na3m, howa hunaka.
No, he is here = La, bal howa huna.
Where is he? = Ayna howa?

Hal = Is
howa = he
hunaka = there
Na3m = yes
La = No
bal = but, on the contrary
huna = here
Ayna = Where

And if you ask the same questions concerning a girl, you say hiya, instead of howa.

This will hlp me a lot. I'm trying to learn to speak Arabic little by little. But spoken Arabic is different from the written Arabic right? So people speak in the above manner? It all sounds so grammatical.

Assalamu'alaykum
I don't know if this is the right thread but I just wanted the translation of these lyrics. They are from Zain Bhikha's 'Our world' Album. The song's called 'Selawat', I think. Someone told me the lyrics are not appropriate, esp. the second para.

Salatullah salamullah
‘Ala Taha rasulillah
Salatullah salamullah
‘Ala Yasin habibillah
Salatullah salamullah
‘Ala Yasin habibillah

Tawassalna bi-bismillah
Wa bil hadi rasulillah
Wa kulli mujahidil-lillah
Bi-ahlil-badri Ya Allah

Ilahi sallimil-ummat
Minal-a’ffati wan-niqmat

Wa min hammi
wa min ghummat
bi-ahlil-badri Ya Allah

Ilahi najjina wak-shif
Jami’ adhiyati was-rif

Makai’dal-ida
wal-tuf
Bi-ahlil-badri Ya Allah

the english part of the song by Zain Bhikha is the translation of this lyrics that you post I guess......at least the most of it
