Maw it's a word!!!...like Bro Iqram said!!...it's the longest in the Quraan

rujail: is that tasqeer for rijaal:?

ass salaamu alaykum

tasqeer is like..ok how do i put it

it comes from the word saqara which means to be small....tasqeer means the makin' of sumthing small

so say for instance we have walad which means boy...right!..you wanna make this boy young and real small, you put it on the scale of fu3ayl...
so you say wulayd !!
you get it akhee...:?:?

yeah yeah pheeew you got it then!!!..alhamdulillah

yep everything on that scale is usually a tasqeer of sumthing else like Fadl and fudayl aswell!!!:happy:

ass salaamu alaykum

so i think rujail..is the tasqeer of rijaal which means men..but i dunno where the Sis has gotten to!! :heated:

lol then lets move on :),

Next word:

what duz, Ruj'3a mean? its in surah Alaq.

Pardon my arabic, i jus recently started studying it...

ass salaamu alaykum

we all started @ sumpoint akhee..no worries inshaAllah:

Allah said: inna ilaa rabikka ar-ruj3aa...verily, to thy Lord is the return (of all).

next word: tawallaa

also in al-alaq:peace:

ass salaamu aalykum

araayta in kaddaba wa tawallaa...

tawallaaa...no it actually means the opposite of guidance!!

seest thou if he denies (truth) and ..."----- -----"

next:

in surah yaseen theres the words:

waja a3alna mim bayni aydihim sadaoo wa min khalfihim sadhann fa aghshaynaahum fahum laa yubsiroon

Whats the part in bold mean? :?

:salamext:

okay it means ...

okay yubsiruun comes from the word basara, which means to look/see..

placed after the laa an-naafiyat(the laa that shows negativity) it changes the meanin to it's complete opposite!....yubisiruun means they see..laa yubsiruun means they cannot see!!

the ayat:
and we have put a bar infront of them , and a bar behind them, and further, we have covered them up; so they cannot see!!

hope that helped inshaAllah!! :)

next word :muhtaduun

isnt muhtadoon.... "They were guided"
:sl:

It means: "they are guided", but it could mean "they were guided" if preceded by any indication participle that limits them to past tense.

Next:التنظر

:w:

ass salaamu alaykum
