it comes from the word saqara which means to be small....tasqeer means the makin' of sumthing small

so say for instance we have walad which means boy...right!..you wanna make this boy young and real small, you put it on the scale of fu3ayl...
so you say wulayd !!

okay it means ...

okay yubsiruun comes from the word basara, which means to look/see..

placed after the laa an-naafiyat(the laa that shows negativity) it changes the meanin to it's complete opposite!....yubisiruun means they see..laa yubsiruun means they cannot see!!

the ayat:
and we have put a bar infront of them , and a bar behind them,and further, we have covered them up; so they cannot see!!

isnt muhtadoon.... "They were guided"

It means: "they are guided", but it could mean "they were guided" if preceded by any indication participle that limits them to past tense.
