theyre meaning to.. or theyre bound for, something among those lines. Depends on context.

No Sis !! what i was refering to is "at-tasqeer" ......taqseer...means to shorten sumthing!!....
you should find this in al-Aajuruumiyyah by ibnu uthaymeen...and also tufah, kawaakib, and all the other nahw books inshaAllah.

it's dhaanneena/ zaaneena....comes from the word danna/zanna which means..to pressume , think , assume.

dhaanneena/zaanneena means those who presume/assume /think...
