This thread is supposed to answer both speakers and non speakers of Arabic.

Yep it has singular dual and plural.
I don't know what you mean by grammatical case :-\

Arabic has 3 tenses, past present and future, (maadhi, mudhaara, and mustaqbil)

Grammatical case is more obvious in Latin:

Iulius meus amicus est - Julius is my friend.
Iulium meum amicum non video - I don't see my friend Julius.
