I noticed it was in PNG format. I downloaded it, reconverted it to GIF uploaded to my image host and then stuck the URL in option 2.


I noticed that the profile picture does allow a larger size it allows 24 Kb. I also think the avatar is limited to GIF and JPEG images. so it did not like the PNG

I have quite a few different file conversion programs. For that I used a free program called Irfanview.
