وَّقَوْلِهِمْ اِنَّا قَتَلْنَا الْمَسِيْحَ عِيْسَى ابْنَ مَرْيَمَ رَسُوْلَ اللّٰهِ ۚ وَمَا قَتَلُوْهُ وَمَا صَلَبُوْهُ وَلٰـكِنْ شُبِّهَ لَهُمْ ۗ وَاِ نَّ الَّذِيْنَ اخْتَلَـفُوْا فِيْهِ لَفِيْ شَكٍّ مِّنْهُ ۗ مَا لَهُمْ بِهٖ مِنْ عِلْمٍ اِلَّا اتِّبَا عَ الظَّنِّ ۚ وَمَا قَتَلُوْهُ يَقِيْنًاۢ
"And [for] their saying, "Indeed, we have killed the Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary, the messenger of Allah." And they did not kill him, nor did they crucify him; but [another] was made to resemble him to them. And indeed, those who differ over it are in doubt about it. They have no knowledge of it except the following of assumption. And they did not kill him, for certain."
(QS. An-Nisaa 4: Verse 157)
يٰۤـاَيُّهَا النَّا سُ قَدْ جَآءَكُمُ الرَّسُوْلُ بِا لْحَـقِّ مِنْ رَّبِّكُمْ فَاٰ مِنُوْا خَيْرًا لَّـكُمْ ۗ وَاِ نْ تَكْفُرُوْا فَاِ نَّ لِلّٰهِ مَا فِى السَّمٰوٰتِ وَا لْاَ رْضِ ۗ وَكَا نَ اللّٰهُ عَلِيْمًا حَكِيْمًا
"O Mankind, the Messenger has come to you with the truth from your Lord, so believe; it is better for you. But if you disbelieve - then indeed, to Allah belongs whatever is in the heavens and earth. And ever is Allah Knowing and Wise."
(QS. An-Nisaa 4: Verse 170)
اَلْيَوْمَ اُحِلَّ لَـكُمُ الطَّيِّبٰتُ ۗ وَطَعَا مُ الَّذِيْنَ اُوْتُوْا الْكِتٰبَ حِلٌّ لَّـکُمْ ۖ وَطَعَا مُكُمْ حِلٌّ لَّهُمْ ۖ وَا لْمُحْصَنٰتُ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنٰتِ وَا لْمُحْصَنٰتُ مِنَ الَّذِيْنَ اُوْتُوا الْـكِتٰبَ مِنْ قَبْلِكُمْ اِذَاۤ اٰتَيْتُمُوْهُنَّ اُجُوْرَهُنَّ مُحْصِنِيْنَ غَيْرَ مُسَا فِحِيْنَ وَلَا مُتَّخِذِيْۤ اَخْدَا نٍ ۗ وَمَنْ يَّكْفُرْ بِا لْاِ يْمَا نِ فَقَدْ حَبِطَ عَمَلُهٗ ۖ وَهُوَ فِى الْاٰ خِرَةِ مِنَ الْخٰسِرِيْنَ
"This day [all] good foods have been made lawful, and the food of those who were given the Scripture is lawful for you and your food is lawful for them. And [lawful in marriage are] chaste women from among the believers and chaste women from among those who were given the Scripture before you, when you have given them their due compensation, desiring chastity, not unlawful sexual intercourse or taking [secret] lovers. And whoever denies the faith - his work has become worthless, and he, in the Hereafter, will be among the losers."
(QS. Al-Maaida 5: Verse 5)
لَـقَدْ كَفَرَ الَّذِيْنَ قَا لُوْۤا اِنَّ اللّٰهَ هُوَ الْمَسِيْحُ ابْنُ مَرْيَمَ ۗ قُلْ فَمَنْ يَّمْلِكُ مِنَ اللّٰهِ شَيْئًـــا اِنْ اَرَا دَ اَنْ يُّهْلِكَ الْمَسِيْحَ ابْنَ مَرْيَمَ وَاُ مَّهٗ وَمَنْ فِى الْاَ رْضِ جَمِيْعًا ۗ وَلِلّٰهِ مُلْكُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَا لْاَ رْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا ۗ يَخْلُقُ مَا يَشَآءُ ۗ وَا للّٰهُ عَلٰى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيْرٌ
"They have certainly disbelieved who say that Allah is Christ, the son of Mary. Say, "Then who could prevent Allah at all if He had intended to destroy Christ, the son of Mary, or his mother or everyone on the earth?" And to Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them. He creates what He wills, and Allah is over all things competent."
(QS. Al-Maaida 5: Verse 17)
مِنْ اَجْلِ ذٰلِكَ ۛ كَتَبْنَا عَلٰى بَنِيْۤ اِسْرَآءِيْلَ اَنَّهٗ مَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسًا بِۢغَيْرِ نَفْسٍ اَوْ فَسَا دٍ فِى الْاَ رْضِ فَكَاَ نَّمَا قَتَلَ النَّا سَ جَمِيْعًا ۗ وَمَنْ اَحْيَاهَا فَكَاَ نَّمَاۤ اَحْيَا النَّا سَ جَمِيْعًا ۗ وَلَـقَدْ جَآءَتْهُمْ رُسُلُنَا بِا لْبَيِّنٰتِ ثُمَّ اِنَّ كَثِيْرًا مِّنْهُمْ بَعْدَ ذٰلِكَ فِى الْاَ رْضِ لَمُسْرِفُوْنَ
"Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul unless for a soul or for corruption [done] in the land - it is as if he had slain mankind entirely. And whoever saves one - it is as if he had saved mankind entirely. And our messengers had certainly come to them with clear proofs. Then indeed many of them, [even] after that, throughout the land, were transgressors."
(QS. Al-Maaida 5: Verse 32)
اِنَّ الَّذِيْنَ كَفَرُوْا لَوْ اَنَّ لَهُمْ مَّا فِى الْاَ رْضِ جَمِيْعًا وَّمِثْلَهٗ مَعَهٗ لِيَـفْتَدُوْا بِهٖ مِنْ عَذَا بِ يَوْمِ الْقِيٰمَةِ مَا تُقُبِّلَ مِنْهُمْ ۚ وَلَهُمْ عَذَا بٌ اَ لِيْمٌ
"Indeed, those who disbelieve - if they should have all that is in the earth and the like of it with it by which to ransom themselves from the punishment of the Day of Resurrection, it will not be accepted from them, and for them is a painful punishment"
(QS. Al-Maaida 5: Verse 36)
وَاَ نْزَلْنَاۤ اِلَيْكَ الْكِتٰبَ بِا لْحَـقِّ مُصَدِّقًا لِّمَا بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ مِنَ الْكِتٰبِ وَمُهَيْمِنًا عَلَيْهِ فَا حْكُمْ بَيْنَهُمْ بِمَاۤ اَنْزَلَ اللّٰهُ وَلَا تَتَّبِعْ اَهْوَآءَهُمْ عَمَّا جَآءَكَ مِنَ الْحَـقِّ ۗ لِكُلٍّ جَعَلْنَا مِنْكُمْ شِرْعَةً وَّمِنْهَا جًا ۗ وَلَوْ شَآءَ اللّٰهُ لَجَـعَلَـكُمْ اُمَّةً وَّا حِدَةً وَّلٰـكِنْ لِّيَبْلُوَكُمْ فِيْ مَاۤ اٰتٰٮكُمْ فَا سْتَبِقُوا الْخَـيْـرٰتِ ۗ اِلَى اللّٰهِ مَرْجِعُكُمْ جَمِيْعًا فَيُنَبِّئُكُمْ بِمَا كُنْتُمْ فِيْهِ تَخْتَلِفُوْنَ
"And We have revealed to you, [O Muhammad], the Book in truth, confirming that which preceded it of the Scripture and as a criterion over it. So judge between them by what Allah has revealed and do not follow their inclinations away from what has come to you of the truth. To each of you We prescribed a law and a method. Had Allah willed, He would have made you one nation [united in religion], but [He intended] to test you in what He has given you; so race to [all that is] good. To Allah is your return all together, and He will [then] inform you concerning that over which you used to differ."
(QS. Al-Maaida 5: Verse 48)
يٰۤـاَيُّهَا الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْا مَنْ يَّرْتَدَّ مِنْكُمْ عَنْ دِيْـنِهٖ فَسَوْفَ يَأْتِى اللّٰهُ بِقَوْمٍ يُّحِبُّهُمْ وَيُحِبُّوْنَهٗۤ ۙ اَذِلَّةٍ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ اَعِزَّةٍ عَلَى الْكٰفِرِيْنَ ۖ يُجَاهِدُوْنَ فِيْ سَبِيْلِ اللّٰهِ وَلَا يَخَا فُوْنَ لَوْمَةَ لَآئِمٍ ۗ ذٰلِكَ فَضْلُ اللّٰهِ يُؤْتِيْهِ مَنْ يَّشَآءُ ۗ وَا للّٰهُ وَا سِعٌ عَلِيْمٌ
"O you who have believed, whoever of you should revert from his religion - Allah will bring forth [in place of them] a people He will love and who will love Him [who are] humble toward the believers, powerful against the disbelievers; they strive in the cause of Allah and do not fear the blame of a critic. That is the favor of Allah; He bestows it upon whom He wills. And Allah is all-Encompassing and Knowing."
(QS. Al-Maaida 5: Verse 54)
لَقَدْ كَفَرَ الَّذِيْنَ قَا لُوْۤا اِنَّ اللّٰهَ هُوَ الْمَسِيْحُ ابْنُ مَرْيَمَ ۗ وَقَا لَ الْمَسِيْحُ يٰبَنِيْۤ اِسْرَآءِيْلَ اعْبُدُوا اللّٰهَ رَبِّيْ وَرَبَّكُمْ ۗ اِنَّهٗ مَنْ يُّشْرِكْ بِا للّٰهِ فَقَدْ حَرَّمَ اللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ الْجَـنَّةَ وَمَأْوٰٮهُ النَّا رُ ۗ وَمَا لِلظّٰلِمِيْنَ مِنْ اَنْصَا رٍ
"They have certainly disbelieved who say, "Allah is the Messiah, the son of Mary" while the Messiah has said, "O Children of Israel, worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord." Indeed, he who associates others with Allah - Allah has forbidden him Paradise, and his refuge is the Fire. And there are not for the wrongdoers any helpers."
(QS. Al-Maaida 5: Verse 72)
لَـتَجِدَنَّ اَشَدَّ النَّا سِ عَدَاوَةً لِّـلَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوا الْيَهُوْدَ وَا لَّذِيْنَ اَشْرَكُوْا ۚ وَلَـتَجِدَنَّ اَ قْرَبَهُمْ مَّوَدَّةً لِّـلَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوا الَّذِيْنَ قَا لُوْۤا اِنَّا نَصٰرٰى ۗ ذٰلِكَ بِاَ نَّ مِنْهُمْ قِسِّيْسِيْنَ وَرُهْبَا نًا وَّاَنَّهُمْ لَا يَسْتَكْبِرُوْنَ
"You will surely find the most intense of the people in animosity toward the believers [to be] the Jews and those who associate others with Allah; and you will find the nearest of them in affection to the believers those who say, "We are Christians." That is because among them are priests and monks and because they are not arrogant."
(QS. Al-Maaida 5: Verse 82)
يٰۤاَ يُّهَا الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْۤا اِنَّمَا الْخَمْرُ وَا لْمَيْسِرُ وَا لْاَ نْصَا بُ وَا لْاَ زْلَا مُ رِجْسٌ مِّنْ عَمَلِ الشَّيْطٰنِ فَا جْتَنِبُوْهُ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُوْنَ
"O you who have believed, indeed, intoxicants, gambling, [sacrificing on] stone alters [to other than Allah], and divining arrows are but defilement from the work of Satan, so avoid it that you may be successful."
(QS. Al-Maaida 5: Verse 90)
مَا عَلَى الرَّسُوْلِ اِلَّا الْبَلٰغُ ۗ وَا للّٰهُ يَعْلَمُ مَا تُبْدُوْنَ وَمَا تَكْتُمُوْنَ
"Not upon the Messenger is [responsibility] except [for] notification. And Allah knows whatever you reveal and whatever you conceal."
(QS. Al-Maaida 5: Verse 99)
قَا لَ عِيْسَى ابْنُ مَرْيَمَ اللّٰهُمَّ رَبَّنَاۤ اَنْزِلْ عَلَيْنَا مَآئِدَةً مِّنَ السَّمَآءِ تَكُوْنُ لَـنَا عِيْدًا لِّاَوَّلِنَا وَاٰ خِرِنَا وَاٰ يَةً مِّنْكَ ۚ وَا رْزُقْنَا وَاَ نْتَ خَيْرُ الرّٰزِقِيْنَ
"Said Jesus, the son of Mary, "O Allah, our Lord, send down to us a table [spread with food] from the heaven to be for us a festival for the first of us and the last of us and a sign from You. And provide for us, and You are the best of providers.""
(QS. Al-Maaida 5: Verse 114)
وَاِ نْ يَّمْسَسْكَ اللّٰهُ بِضُرٍّ فَلَا كَا شِفَ لَهٗۤ اِلَّا هُوَ ۗ وَاِ نْ يَّمْسَسْكَ بِخَيْرٍ فَهُوَ عَلٰى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيْرٌ
"And if Allah should touch you with adversity, there is no remover of it except Him. And if He touches you with good - then He is over all things competent."
(QS. Al-An'aam 6: Verse 17)
اَ لَّذِيْنَ اٰتَيْنٰهُمُ الْـكِتٰبَ يَعْرِفُوْنَهٗ كَمَا يَعْرِفُوْنَ اَبْنَآءَهُمُ ۘ اَ لَّذِيْنَ خَسِرُوْۤا اَنْفُسَهُمْ فَهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُوْنَ
"Those to whom We have given the Scripture recognize it as they recognize their [own] sons. Those who will lose themselves [in the Hereafter] do not believe."
(QS. Al-An'aam 6: Verse 20)
وَمَا مِنْ دَآ بَّةٍ فِى الْاَ رْضِ وَلَا طٰٓئِرٍ يَّطِيْرُ بِجَنَا حَيْهِ اِلَّاۤ اُمَمٌ اَمْثَا لُـكُمْ ۗ مَا فَرَّطْنَا فِى الْـكِتٰبِ مِنْ شَيْءٍ ثُمَّ اِلٰى رَبِّهِمْ يُحْشَرُوْنَ
"And there is no creature on [or within] the earth or bird that flies with its wings except [that they are] communities like you. We have not neglected in the Register a thing. Then unto their Lord they will be gathered."
(QS. Al-An'aam 6: Verse 38)
وَعِنْدَهٗ مَفَا تِحُ الْغَيْبِ لَا يَعْلَمُهَاۤ اِلَّا هُوَ ۗ وَيَعْلَمُ مَا فِى الْبَرِّ وَا لْبَحْرِ ۗ وَمَا تَسْقُطُ مِنْ وَّرَقَةٍ اِلَّا يَعْلَمُهَا وَلَا حَبَّةٍ فِيْ ظُلُمٰتِ الْاَ رْضِ وَلَا رَطْبٍ وَّلَا يَا بِسٍ اِلَّا فِيْ كِتٰبٍ مُّبِيْنٍ
"And with Him are the keys of the unseen; none knows them except Him. And He knows what is on the land and in the sea. Not a leaf falls but that He knows it. And no grain is there within the darknesses of the earth and no moist or dry [thing] but that it is [written] in a clear record."
(QS. Al-An'aam 6: Verse 59)
وَذَرِ الَّذِيْنَ اتَّخَذُوْا دِيْنَهُمْ لَعِبًا وَّلَهْوًا وَّغَرَّتْهُمُ الْحَيٰوةُ الدُّنْيَا وَ ذَكِّرْ بِهٖۤ اَنْ تُبْسَلَ نَفْسٌ بِۢمَا كَسَبَتْ ۖ لَـيْسَ لَهَا مِنْ دُوْنِ اللّٰهِ وَلِيٌّ وَّلَا شَفِيْعٌ ۚ وَاِ نْ تَعْدِلْ كُلَّ عَدْلٍ لَّا يُؤْخَذْ مِنْهَا ۗ اُولٰٓئِكَ الَّذِيْنَ اُبْسِلُوْا بِمَا كَسَبُوْا ۚ لَهُمْ شَرَا بٌ مِّنْ حَمِيْمٍ وَّعَذَا بٌ اَ لِيْمٌ بِۢمَا كَا نُوْا يَكْفُرُوْنَ
"And leave those who take their religion as amusement and diversion and whom the worldly life has deluded. But remind with the Qur'an, lest a soul be given up to destruction for what it earned; it will have other than Allah no protector and no intercessor. And if it should offer every compensation, it would not be taken from it. Those are the ones who are given to destruction for what they have earned. For them will be a drink of scalding water and a painful punishment because they used to disbelieve."
(QS. Al-An'aam 6: Verse 70)
ذٰلِكَ هُدَى اللّٰهِ يَهْدِيْ بِهٖ مَنْ يَّشَآءُ مِنْ عِبَا دِهٖ ۗ وَلَوْ اَشْرَكُوْا لَحَبِطَ عَنْهُمْ مَّا كَا نُوْا يَعْمَلُوْنَ
"That is the guidance of Allah by which He guides whomever He wills of His servants. But if they had associated others with Allah, then worthless for them would be whatever they were doing."
(QS. Al-An'aam 6: Verse 88)
وَهُوَ الَّذِيْۤ اَنْزَلَ مِنَ السَّمَآءِ مَآءً ۚ فَاَ خْرَجْنَا بِهٖ نَبَا تَ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ فَاَ خْرَجْنَا مِنْهُ خَضِرًا نُّخْرِجُ مِنْهُ حَبًّا مُّتَرَا كِبًا ۚ وَمِنَ النَّخْلِ مِنْ طَلْعِهَا قِنْوَا نٌ دَا نِيَةٌ وَّجَنّٰتٍ مِّنْ اَعْنَا بٍ وَّا لزَّيْتُوْنَ وَا لرُّمَّا نَ مُشْتَبِهًا وَّغَيْرَ مُتَشَا بِهٍ ۗ اُنْظُرُوْۤا اِلٰى ثَمَرِهٖۤ اِذَاۤ اَثْمَرَ وَيَنْعِهٖ ۗ اِنَّ فِيْ ذٰ لِكُمْ لَاٰ يٰتٍ لِّقَوْمٍ يُّؤْمِنُوْنَ
"And it is He who sends down rain from the sky, and We produce thereby the growth of all things. We produce from it greenery from which We produce grains arranged in layers. And from the palm trees - of its emerging fruit are clusters hanging low. And [We produce] gardens of grapevines and olives and pomegranates, similar yet varied. Look at [each of] its fruit when it yields and [at] its ripening. Indeed in that are signs for a people who believe."
(QS. Al-An'aam 6: Verse 99)
