When the type a post screen is up, look above where you write there is a menu.

To the left is big letters, to the right is smileys holding up suigns, look at the middle and a little right, you see a yellow square wuth a mountain and a moon.

click on it and post the link there, when you post the message the picture will be there instead of a link.

Goliath Heron.
This one just speared a large catfish. I was hoping to photograph him swallowing it but I think it was too big. The heron carried the fish to the bank and shook it off his bill, pecked at it for a bit and then returned to fish for smaller prey.
