SERIOUS QUESTIONS GUYS.....dnt laugh yeah....

how do u make dailor bora....meaning pokara but it has dhal (lentil)....old bengali tradition food? have any ideas? steal ur mums recipe for me?....her secret recipe?

i was gna make a sep thread..shud i?

hmm ma mum makes em i fink altho i dunon wt dey r relly calld we cal em bora...only bora...she leaves de daal to soften up a lil bit i fink n den pastes it n adds kacha morich n piyaj n dese oda stuf ^o)...n she makes it :D...im proly de wrst person u cud ask abt a recipe...im relly crap at cookin but i fink i got dat ryt ^ :happy:

sis its easy,

1,get some Dhaal
2, soak it in water
3, few hours later drain the water, as much as possible
4, stick the dhaal in a blender
5, get the rest of ur ingrediants (chilles, onions etc)
6,get the dhaal
7, mix all ingredients together
(dont forget to add masala)
8, make little portions into a flat ball sort of shape (u know what i mean)
8, put them in oil
= dhaalir Bora
