^^Ahhh yes, I read Inkheart ages ago.. I remember not being able to get into it at once, but it was nice once I got about halfway through. It's an okay book, cute, but nothing special.

I hear they made it into a movie?!

lol yeah I had that problem at first. HAve you read the other two?

Yeah they made a movie it just came out in the cinemas

I don't think I've read the other ones, no... Are they related? There's one called "the thief lord", I think?

Yeah she has written a book called the Theif Lord. But Inkheart is the first in a trilogy. The other two are Inkspell and Inkdeath :)

I want to read Blade of Tyshalle by Matthew Stover.

Unfortunately, my library doesn't have it, and Amazon's cheapest price is around 40 big ones.

Oh well. I suppose I can do without confectionary for three years.

Alternatively, I could read A Prayer for Owen Meany by John Irving...

Anyone read John Irving's "Until I find you" ? I liked its first part.

I also like reading "Small miracles" series.

Who has read Faulkner's "As I Lay Dying"???
I have read the first chapter like 5 times. And then I get sick of it and tell myself I'll finish reading it some other time.
Does it get interesting??!

I started reading few pages of Atlas of Creation for Harun Yahya...have any one read it?
Cant Judge that book from the first few pages

Just finished "My Sister's Keeper" now, been reading it practically all day..
The ending is intense. I loved Jesse and Julia, they were my two favorite characters..

Was it easy to keep up with the characters? A lot of people I've spoken to have that problem with Jodi's books.

Anyone read Knife by R J Anderson?

I didn't find it difficult, no.. but my brain can switch from one thing to another quickly, so I expect that's a reason why..
Have you read it? What did you think about the ending?

Did any one like to read Agatha Christie novels.....I am addicted to them

It's complete junk. I wouldn't recommend taking it at all seriously.

Peace

I'm afraid I'm a sucker for murder mysteries ... :rollseyes
Miss Marple has the added advantages that she loves knitting. I've always warmed to her for that reason alone! :D

No I've always hesitated about reading one of her books because of the bad feedback I had. But I bought plain truth the other day and I'm willing to give it a go :D
