do not speak it to no one
turn over on other side get up && pray if still desire to do

or you can say.. 'a 'oothu bikalimaatil laahit taammaati min ghadhabhi wa 'iqaabihi wa sharri 'ibaadihi wa min hamazaatish shayaateeni wa'an yahdhuroon

i seek refuge in the perfect words of allah from his anger && his punsihment, from the evil of his slaves && from the taunts of evils && from their presence
