If i'm not wrong, the right way of eating is to eat just before you feel hungry and to stop before you are full.I would suggest a person who wants to loose weight
To just eat when you are hungry and when you are full
Stop eating.
And when you eat make sure its healthy and you can
Have sweets but limit it.
And lets seee you can walk atleast 3 times a week
