easy diet your sugges?

:sl: ^^^ lol ..i thought it was 8pm though :p reason being you dont burn off what you eat (if you sleep in night lol) and so it turns into fat (but personally agree with dont stop eating :lol: )

to orignal question..Silver Pearl gave good suggestions

dont try the atkins or fatkins or whatever other dodgy method there is. reason being that works only when your on a diet. when you stop your diet you weight gains and doubles in some cases.
so eat, in moderation and dont deprive yourself i f you really want to eat something. like have once a week where you go on a *snack attack* within moderation of course.

and if your ever peckish-water!

Well i have tried what some of you have said, still my A** jiggles for like a week after a small cake. Or ROTIIIIIIIII!!!!! but nonetheless Low carb diet is the best, for only 2 months though after that good luck!

Eating excessively is not healthy. That's how one gets fat...loq.

sugar isnt the healthiest..try honey much healthier...
