don't know what it is about suret Qaf that possesses my being completely sob7an Allah.. I listen to suret Al-Baqara everyday but I feel a longing for this sura.. I have also had multiple dreams about it..

:wa: One of the best tilawaah of Sura Qaf by Sheikh Abu Tajweed Al Minshawi(Allah yer7amo)
If you've heard Abdullah Basfar before, then listen to one of the BEST imitations I've ever heard of him masha'Allaah:

Jazak'Allaahu khayra, Sheikh Abdullah Basfar, one of the best recitors out there! A amazing imitation of the Sheikh indeed. He himself imitates Sheikh Ali Jaber(RahimaHulla7)

If you've heard Sheikh Mohaisany, Matrood, or Arkani then these recitations I posted will amaze you. I can't believe how good this imam imitates those qaris.

This is the Mohaisany imitation, it's spot-on, I think its the best of his.

This is the Abdul Wali Al-Arkani one, I think it's 2nd best. It gets better as he goes on.

His Abdullah Al-Matrood impersonation is also amazing

This is his Shuraim impresson. It's very good, but not as good as his others. I think Saad Nomani is better at Shuraims tone than this. But still impressive.

to help people with reciting in tune which can be found here

having a sweet melodious voice is a gift in my humble opinion not an acquisition. But how great that there is a site to give hope to all those tone deaf people such as myself..

can someone provide links of qiraa in this same melancholic style ... there should be no crying ( I agree its hard for the reciter to control his tears) but it breaks the chain of emotional trance for me ...

^ Nice recitation mashallah

jazakAllah for that. But since i am a youtube nerd, I already have that one. its by Sameer Al Bashiri. Really good. I dont find this kind of style being used more by the reciters. Anyone else has something to add?

:sl: brother have you heard of Shaykh Abdullaah Al Matrood? He's amazing. Shaykh Salmaan al Utaybi has a very powerful and beautiful recitation as well.

I find this kid to be so adorable mashaAllaah.. May Allaah protect and preserve him always   ameen
