Frustrations in getting married

OK, we now have butterflies and flowers... let's see here... that leaves birds, harps, angels singing, little hearts in the air...

Okay, in Indonesia we are familiar with symbolization, but usually we use beetle for male, not butterfly.

And there you were, at the start of this thread all sad and disappointed, and as it continued, you have found a potential partner MashAllah! I hope we're all married by the time you have kids crying in the back while you contribute sane advices to this thread :/

But you must pray for all of us, I'm sure many people here prayed for you( including me) to turn things around for you ( so must too, for us lol), it is really awesome that you have started thinking positively, please do remember to make dua for everybody else too , may Allah swt keep you stead fast on the right path and may you become stronger and stronger in deen, and be blessed with all the blessings of this world ameen.

Hehe.. positivity was something that I wanted to work on for the new year. But, one thing at a time. I don't think I'm quite ready for the kids just yet. I want to enjoy married life for a while first. ;D

But, I will be sure to pray for everyone else in this thread.

i hate gng to weddings!!! arghhh m so mad rite now!! :raging: left a wedding n came bac home.. Someone said its totally segregated n we got all dressed up went there and it was mixed with really loud music,we left the wedding came home ordered sumfin n ate dinner at around 11 pm. :( may Allah give them hiddayah and to me too. Ameen :(

yup was pakistan n yes ur rite ppl don't leave, the men standing near the entrance were surprised tht we were leaving...

i didnt go to my first cousins wedding cuz it was mixed duno whts gotten into ppl.

lol thts exactly wht happens ppl actually run to get food duno y they just cant wait its not like its gng to finish or any thing they keep refilling it :p buh atleast the wedding in the vid was segregated nowadays its mixed imagine males n females pushing each other to get food

That.... that was insane. Reminds me of those African nature vidoes... the lions killed a zebra, and now here come the hyenas and the jackals and the vultures, leaving nothing but bones.
 
^ well thts wht ppl call happiness hea if you don't do a mehndi they say the wedding isnt complete n tht ur not happy thts y i HATE paki weddings n thts the reason y we only go to the valima
