with respect tamo hu(su)* karta che(masculine/feminine)
you could also say su instead of hu
without respect its tu hu karto che(masculine)
tu hu karti che(feminine)

Or you could just say 'tu hu karey?' which could be to any gender. 'tamu' instead of 'tu' would then be plural.

tamu also signifies respect like in urdu aap for respect and for plural
