Bismillah Walhamdulillah Was Salaatu Was Salaam 'ala Rasulillah

As-Salaam Alaikum Wa-Rahmatullahi Wa-Barakatuhu

1st Sha'aban 1435 (30th May 2014)

Narrated Abu Huraira (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):

heard Allah's Apostle (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) saying, "If the prayer
is started do not run for it but just walk for it calmly and pray whatever
you get, and complete whatever is missed. "

Hazrat Abu Sufyan (May Allah be pleased with him) reported, in course of his detailed narration about Heraclius when the latter questioned him about the teachings of the Prophet [SAWW](PBUH) He said that: He [SAWW](PBUH) told (us): "Worship Allah Alone and do not associate a thing with Him; and give up all that your ancestors said. "He also commands us to perform Salat (prayers), to speak the truth, to observe modesty and to strengthen the ties of kinship. [Al-Bukhari Book 01, Chapter 01, Hadith # 06].

Narrated Ibn Juraij (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):

I heard Nazi' saying, "Ibn Umar, said, 'The Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa
Sallam) forbade that a man should make another man to get up to sit in his
place' ". I said to Nafi', 'Is it for Jumua prayer only?' He replied, "For
Jumua prayer and any other (prayer)."

Narrated Abu Huraira (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):

The Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) said, "When it is a Friday, the
angels stand at the gate of the masjid and keep on writing the names of the
persons coming to the masjid in succession according to their arrivals. The
example of the one who enters the masjid in the earliest hour is that of
one offering a camel (in sacrifice). The one coming next is like one
offering a cow and then a ram and then a chicken and then an egg
respectively. When the Imam comes out (for Jumua prayer) they (i.e. angels)
fold their papers and listen to the Khutba."

Those who face calamities and difficulties continously, and get fedup with their life should read this Hadith.

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:

“On the Day of Resurrection, when people who had suffered affliction are given their reward, those who were healthy will wish their skins had been cut to pieces with scissors when they were in the world.”

Narrated by al-Tirmidhi, 2402. Classed as hasan by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Tirmidhi.

Narrated Jabir bin 'Abdullah (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):

A person entered the masjid while the Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa
Sallam) was delivering the Khutba on a Friday. The Prophet (Sallallahu
'Alaihi Wa Sallam) said to him, "Have you prayed?" The man replied in the
negative. The Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) said, "Get up and pray
two Rakat."

Hazrat Aishah (May Allah be pleased with her) reported: The Messenger of Allah [SAWW](PBUH) said, "Allah is Forbearer and He loves forbearance, and rewards for forbearance while He does not reward severity, and does not give for anything besides it (forbearance).” [Muslim Book 32, Chapter 21, Hadith # 6273]

5th Sha'aban 1435 (3rd June 2014)

Narrated Abu Huraira (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):

Allah's Apostle (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) talked about Friday and
said, "There is an hour (opportune time) on Friday and if a Muslim gets it
while praying and asks something from Allah, then Allah will definitely
meet his demand." And he (the Prophet) pointed out the shortness of that
time with his hands.

Hazrat Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah[SAWW](PBUH) said, The Messenger of Allah [SAWW](PBUH) said, "Any matter of importance which is not begun with Al-hamdu lillah (praise be to Allah) remains defective.” [Abu Dawud Hadith # 4840].

Narrated Al-Bara' (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):

I heard the Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) delivering a Khutba
saying, "The first thing to be done on this day (first day of 'Id ul Adha)
is to pray; and after returning from the prayer we slaughter our sacrifices
(in the name of Allah) and whoever does so, he acted according to our Sunna
(traditions)."

Hazrat Ibn Umer (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: when Messenger of Allah [SAWW](PBUH), and his Companions reached Al-Hijr, the dwellings of the Thamud people, he admonished his Companions (saying), "Do not pass by these people who are being tormented, without weeping, lest the punishment should befall you as it had befallen them.” [Al-Bukhari Book 04, Chapter 55, Hadith # 564].
 
Reported by `Imran bin Husain (RA): Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, “Shyness does not bring anything except good.” (Bukhari & Muslim – Riyad us Saliheen, Chapter 84, 682)

7th Sha'aban 1435 (5th June 2014)

Narrated Jundab (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):

On the day of Nahr the Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) offered the
prayer and delivered the Khutba and then slaughtered the sacrifice and
said, "Anybody who slaughtered (his sacrifice) before the prayer should
slaughter another animal in lieu of it, and the one who has not yet
slaughtered should slaughter the sacrifice mentioning Allah's name on it."

Reported by Ibn Mas`ud (RA): The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, “Jannah is nearer to anyone of you than your shoe-lace, and so is the (Hell) Fire”. (Bukhari – Riyad us Saliheen, Chapter 11, 105)

Narrated Anas (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):

Whenever a strong wind blew, anxiety appeared on the face of the Prophet
(Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) (fearing that wind might be a sign of
Allah's wrath).

Narrated Abu Huraira (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):

The Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) said, "The Hour (Last Day) will
not be established until (religious) knowledge will be taken away (by the
death of religious learned men), earthquakes will be very frequent, time
will pass quickly, afflictions will appear, murders will increase and money
will overflow amongst you." (See Hadith No. 85 Vol 1).

Narrated Ibn 'Umar (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):

Allah's Apostle (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) said, "Keys of the unseen
knowledge are five which nobody knows but Allah: nobody knows what will
happen tomorrow; nobody knows what is in the womb; nobody knows what he
will gain tomorrow; nobody knows at what place he will die; and nobody
knows when it will rain."

13th Sha'aban 1435 (11th June 2014)

Narrated Ibn Abbas (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):

The Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) once stayed for nineteen days
and prayed shortened prayers. So when we travelled (and stayed) for
nineteen days, we used to shorten the prayer but if we travelled (and
stayed) for a longer period we used to offer the full prayer.

Reported by Abu Huraira (RA): The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, ‘Religion is very easy and whoever overburdens himself in his religion will not be able to continue in that way. So you should not be extremists, but try to be near to perfection and receive the good tidings that you will be rewarded; and gain strength by worshipping in the mornings, the nights.’ (Bukhari, Volume 1, Book 2, Number 38)
