How many children would you like to have Insha'Allaah?

i absolutely love kids, inshallah when i have them i want to have at least 7!
(i like odd numbers u see) :okay:

so anyway getting back to my kids i want 1 set of twins!! (Inshallah)..... 1 set of triplets!! (Inshallah).... so thats 5 kids out of the way in just 2 go's and then my last 2 can be single ones i don't mind.... but again if theyre twins then thats even better:sister: :statisfie :exhausted

plus my husband will have like 7 names hopefully so each 1 kid can take one of the fathers names....

well thats my plan anyway!!

there father may have another one so we'll see how it goes and inshallah when i do go hajj one day soon (preferably with my husband)... 1 of the many duaa's i will make upon seeing the Kaaba is for my twins and triplets so Inshallah Allah answers my prayers.

& i havent got any baby names yet.... I think i will do the hard work and give birth, their dad can do the easy bit and pick names for them.

but Allah is the one to bless you with kids so if i have more than 7 then the more the merrier!:peace: :nervous:

:sl: Alhumdolillah I have 3 boys aged 6, Adam Izaiyah-5,Aqeel Talha-2, Muhammad Zakariyah and insha Allah 1 more on the way. I mentioned to my wife when we were introduced for marriage proposal that I would like a large family of 10-15 children. Of course being much younger at that time it was more of a "false notion of pride and prestige" associated with being the sustainer and patriarch of a large family that influenced that idea, however as I have surely come to know Parenthood is such a huge responsibility that if I was fully aware of the duties, rights and sacrifice at that time( I was 19 she 17) I most definetly would have thought more than twice about wanting 15 kids. Anyway with all of that say I must now say that I am most thankful to Allah subhanu wa ta'ala for the blessing of these children he has entrusted to us.

Inshallah Im planning to get 7 boys and 4 girls inshallah.

I'd name the boys the following names:

Boys:

Ridwan
Hudayfah
Firdaws
Salahideen
Mursal
Jihad
Hassan


And girls:

Hasanah
Manar
Haifa
Hafsa

Inshallah I will get them form Allah and raise them to be True Servants of Allah swt. and helpers of the muslim Ummah :-)

But first I must find their father inshallah...lol

I hope people know that you cant just order gender of the babies like that, and cant just *have* twins or tripplets just because you want to ;)

And most of all, dont wish for tripplets, its a big risk to mother and babies!

Out of curiousity would it be haram if we do not give our children Islamic names? as in naming I am unconventional

I have one son before Islam he will be 5 inshaAllah and his name is chrisitan

and another would it be a sin on me if I dont change his name

twins!!! hahahahaha im a twin and trust me my mom doesnt half get mixed up with us. she just results in calling us 'TWINS'. i dont even have a name anymore!!!lollz:coolsis:

inshallah id be happy with as many children as allah wants for me.

id like my boys to be called abdulqadir, abdul rahman, abdullah abdul hakim
and my girls to be called aisha, khadija, maryam and assiyah

Khadeejah, regarding namechange and names other than islamic names, I would advice you to search islamqa.com or some other site, for fatwas. There are a lot of fatwas regarding names, i just cant remember the basics right now... We had this discussion once on a sisters only forum, I belong to. If you want the link, PM me.
 
My little cutie-pie is 7 years old and his name is Taiyab. I wuv:wub:him sho sho much and am missing him like hell cuz he's gone to his dad's for the weekend :wub::wub::wub:
