How many children would you like to have Insha'Allaah?

oh brother i like to name my kids with (red - ones)

see brother we dont know whether the first two might be boyz or girlz - so ther e are 4 names (red - ones)......... about the other names.... i like them too.... who knows.... i might use them tooooo.... :)

i can use Zanobar Fatima... as one ...

No, I don't have any kids because I'm not married yet [a good 2 to 3 years away! Whew!] but when the time comes, Insha'Allah, I'd like to have 3-4 kids. Names would be:

Boys - Ridwan, Dawud, Iqbal, Zayd

Girls - Ruqaiya, Aisha, Aasmaa, Fatimah [all the girls in my generation end with 'a' or 'ah' except me, so I'm planning on continuing that tradition and also because these were wonderful female representitives in Islam]

Allah (SWT) knows best.

(all names will probably hava Muhammed in front of their names)

1.nese (s prnonounced as 'sh' so its "neshe") (joy, happiness)

my girls need religious names in front of them or as middle names...future hubby can choose them...

i had a misscarriage a while back :(, but i was looking forward for it and i me and my BF family were too and we wanted to keep the name for a boy, Haden (even though it's me nephews name now) and for a gyal Jessica.
but as i had a miscarriage for a boy so then when me brother had a baby boy i kept the name Haden.
inshallah in the future i will keep them names :(

lol just joking....

actually i only have one....his name is AZFAR = a successor (i think)

i don't really bother about the numbers...if Allah s.w.t give it to me...then i accept it.

Wow, my wife middle name is Amatullah.....first time i have ever seen or heard it anywhere else. Its such an unusal name in my country !

Insha ALlah i wanna have 2 children

Girl: Asma , Khadijah, Maryam

Salaams, very noble intention, but they still wont be your kids. they would be ure brothers/ sisters in islam.


033.004 Allah has not made for any man two hearts in his (one) body: nor has He made your wives whom ye divorce by Zihar your mothers: nor has He made your adopted sons your sons. Such is (only) your (manner of) speech by your mouths. But Allah tells (you) the Truth, and He shows the (right) Way.

033.005 Call them by (the names of) their fathers: that is juster in the sight of Allah. But if ye know not their father's (names, call them) your Brothers in faith, or your maulas. But there is no blame on you if ye make a mistake therein: (what counts is) the intention of your hearts: and Allah is Oft-Returning, Most Merciful.

InshaAllaaaaaaaaaahhhh as long as I have at least one girl whom I can dress all in pinkkkkkkkkkkk then all is guuuuuuuuuuuuuuddd!!! :shade: And I like the names Maria, Sofia(my cuz called dat tho), hmmmmm Ill think of more when the tym cums which may I add wont be anytym soon lol :okay:

5) Is adoption permitted in Islam?

The rule is one can adopt but the child must keep his own name after his own father. While one is permitted to take of other people, it is not permissible to attribute those under the care as being their blood related son or daughter. Attributing someone as a blood related son to other than his father is a major sin. The prophet said, "Whomever attributes himself to other than his father or other than his family, may the curse of Allah and the angels and the people befall on him. Allah will not accept from him tawbah or compensation." (Bukhari and Muslim).

In another hadith, "Whoever attributes himself to other than his own parents and he knows it is a kafer." (Bukhari and Muslim).

"Whoever attributes himself to other than his father and he knows it, Jannah is haram upon him." (Bukhari and Muslim).

According to Al-Aloosy and Ibn Katheer, when someone says "Oh son go do this.." out of sympathy or respect, then this is not haram.

In the event that the adoption agency (in modern times) gives the child a false name that would otherwise fall under this sin, then it is not under the control of the child and the sin will fall upon those who were responsible for this.
