I have started about a month ago eating my 5 a day each nd every single day, nd wow u feeel much better! Full of energy, provides u with plenty of fibre, fights of nasy cancers and heart diseases, almost to good to be true huh? But it is true

So from now on, start inshAllah nd feeeeel the difference
