Yes SAS in UK until next week! So doubt he will be leading in Haram! He will be leading all the Salahs in the event in the UK inshallah!

No age limit (Shaykh Hudaifee in his 70's mashallah and he still leading and teaching).

They just retire as and when they feel like

Salam.

I prayed right behind Sheikh Salih al-Talib. I didn't even look at him first so id didn't know it was him. When he started reciting i thought the voice sounded familiar. It was awesome, Masha'allah. After Salah, i went and shook hands with him. In a way, it was better that he came. I've seen Sudais in england too many times.
